Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime Error! Program: path to dynamics.exe abnormal prog

Issue Description

With the Manufacturing module installed, when trying to print SOP or POP documents with Forms Printer, the following error message is displayed:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: path to dynamics.exe
abnormal program termination

After selecting 'OK', the Great Plains application terminates.

There is a known issue with the Manufacturing module and Forms Printer for Great Plains 7.5 build 10 and earlier.

Install the latest build of Forms Printer from our web site:
