Wrong Number of Arguments to XXX - After upgrading Great Plains with SP or EndOfYear update

Issue Description

After installing a Service Pack or end of year update to Great Plains 7.5 or 8.0, you begin receiving the message :

Wrong Number of Arguments to RM_Update_Statements_Update_Header

When attempting to print statements.

And / Or

 

Wrong number of arguments to 'DontCombineSimilarItems'

When attempting to print PO's

 

Both of these issues were caused by changes Micrsoft made for Great Plains 8.0 SP1 and SP2, and changes they made for Great Plains 7.5 SP7

 

 

Solution

 

The resolution is to install the Build of forms printer released after the Great Plains Service pack.

For Great Plains 7.5 SP 7, this is Build 18 or greater.

 

For Great Plains 8.0 SP1,SP2 or SP3, this is Build 22 or Greater
