Support for Microsoft Graph

Forms Printer now includes support for Microsoft Graph begining with build 180 which is compatible with all Dynamics GP 18.X releases.

Why is Graph Being Added

Starting October 1, 2016, Microsoft will begin “turning off”  EWS  (Exchange Web Services) and will completely disable it by April 1 2027. See the link below for details:

Who Does This Affect

Only customers Emailing using Exchange Web Service in Forms Printer need to take action. If using Outlook or SMTP, there is no need to make any changes to your Forms Printer Setup.

What Do You Need To Do

Because of this deprecation, Forms Printer customers currently relying on EWS will need to take action to avoid errors and continue to Email with Forms Printer. The options are:

  1. Convert your existing EWS Setup to use MS Graph. Details available in the Knowledgebase article linked here: https://www.accountable.com/Knowledgebase/FormsPrinter/Issues/Switch-To-Microsoft-Graph-From-EWS
  2. Explicitly Enable EWS in your Microsoft 365 Tenant or convert Forms Printer to use Microsoft Graph. Details availble here: https://www.accountable.com/Knowledgebase/FormsPrinter/Extend-Use-Of-EWS-Until-April-1-2027-API
