Issue Description

A blank page is displayed after logging into AnyView Browser.

Client-Side Scripting is utilized in the AnyView Browser application. In order for AnyView to function properly, either Active Scripting must be enabled in the web browser, or the AnyView Browser default web site must be marked as a Trusted Site in Internet Explorer.

Solution

To enable Active Scripting in Internet Explorer:

  1. Launch Internet Explorer.
  2. From the Application Menu bar select Tools > Internet Options.
  3. Navigate to the 'Security' tab and click 'Custom Level...'.
  4. From the Security Settings window, under the "Scripting" section, choose the 'Enable' radio button for "Active Scripting" and click 'OK'.
  5. Click 'OK' on the Internet Options window.

To mark the default AnyView Browser web site as a trusted site in Internet Explorer:

  1. Launch Internet Explorer.
  2. Navigate to the AnyView default login page, select the URL Address from the Address bar, and copy the URL address.
  3. From the Application Menu bar select Tools > Internet Options.
  4. Navigate to the 'Security' tab, highlight 'Trusted sites' and click 'Sites...'.
  5. Paste the URL Address in the 'Add this Web site to the zone' field.
Note - If your default AnyView web site does not contain the "https:" prefix, you must deselect the option 'Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone'.
  6. Click 'Add' to add the default AnyView URL address to the web site.
  7. Click 'OK' on the Trusted Sites window, then click 'OK' on the Internet Options window.
