Logging into AnyView produces the error message, 'Invalid Login '''

Issue Description

When attempting to login to AnyView, the error message "Invalid Login '<UserID>'" is generated.

This error occurs when the user has not had access granted to AnyView via the Solomon IV User Maintenance screen (non-Solomon Desktop sites only).

Solution

  1. Open the Solomon IV User Maintenance screen. (In a standard installation, this window can be accessed by selecting 'Utility' then 'User'.
  2. Bring up the user's record.
  3. Check the Allow AnyView Access checkbox.
  4. Save the record.
