Issue Description

While trying to log in to AnyView Browser, the following error message is displayed:

Server Application Error - The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance.

The System Event Viewer error states:

The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1/Root/anyviewsolomon'. Server execution failed.

This error is generated when NT AUTHORITY\Authenticated Users or NT AUTHORITY\INTERACTIVE entries have been removed from the Users Group in the Computer Management Console on the IIS Server. The error is discussed in detail in Microsoft's Knowledgebase Article Q327153.

Solution

To resolve this issue, add these users back to the Users group, and then restart Internet Information Services (IIS).
