A remove range operation on table 'ASI_PA_Billing_HDR_Phys' cannot find the table

Issue Description

After installing Forms Printer for eEnterprise 7.0 on SQL Server (build versions 1-3) two errors are received when trying to print a Billing Range with Forms Printer for Project Accounting.

Error #1 - "A remove range operation on table 'ASI_PA_Billing_HDR_Phys' cannot find the table."

Error #2 - "[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Could not find stored procedure 'TWO.dbo.zDP_ASI25800L_1'. [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'TWO.dbo.ASI25800'."

These errors occur because the ASI PA Billing Header Phys table failed to be created.

Solution

OPTION 1:

Create the table manually as follows:

  1. Use the SQL Maintenance window (File >> Maintenance >> SQL).
  2. Choose your Company Database, Product: Forms Printer,
  3. Find ASI PA Billing Header Phys in the table list. You will see two listed there.
  4. Highlight the SECOND one listed, then mark 'Create Table' and 'Create Auto Procedure', then click 'Process'.

This will create the table and stored procedures.

OPTION 2:

Download Forms Printer version 7.00.05 or higher.

**IMPORTANT NOTE** Not all versions of Forms Printer are compatible with all versions of Project Accounting. Before installing any version of Forms Printer for Project Accounting, you should ensure version compatibility.
