Prompted for Parameter Values when printing or previewing a Report

Issue Description

While trying to print or preview a Forms Printer report, a prompt appears asking for parameter values.

The parameters window prompts for values when a value for the parameter is not passed by Forms Printer. This occurs when the report has more parameters than Forms Printer expects.

Solution

Verify that the correct report is mapped to the selected format in the Forms Printer setup window.

If the format is mapped correctly, open the mapped report with Crystal reports, and verify that the parameters match those listed in the Forms Printer documentation or on the sample report for that format.
